
Blu Aubergine is the culinary company formed by a New York chef with a love of the Italian kitchen and culture. Both in the historic center of Rome as well as in downtown Manhattan, we marry the international eclecticism of New York, one of the world’s food capitals, with the Italian culinary tradition.

Versatility is our strong point. Our cultural background allows us a culinary diversity that mirrors the “melting pot” American mentality, but always with an eye on Mediterranean culinary ideals. Not only are we well versed in classic Italian cuisine, but we also enjoy the opportunity to provide tastes of global culinary influences.
Whether it's preparing a hearty Tuscan picnic lunch, serving a mouth-watering Southeast Asian dinner to private clients, or recreating an Ancient Roman feast with students, we revel in the diversity of food.
